Article Contents

1. Public Site

2. Private Site

3. Enabling/disabling and published/unpublished pages

4. Why is my page not 100%?

Once you have signed up on Gust, you are brought to your Investor Relations Website. Here you will notice you have two sections: your Public Site and your Private Site.

1. Public Site

Your public site is similar to your business card. It contains all the information about you and your company, such as the name, management, logos, etc. To edit this page, simply click on the thumbnail or the edit button, and make sure you are in the edit mode. You can choose which mode you are in from the top right of the page:

Edit - Allows you to add or modify the content on this page

Customize - Allows you to decide which sections are displayed, move the location of the text boxes, and customize the background of your page.

Preview - Allows you to see the page how the investor sees it.

2. Private Site

Your private site contains pages that will display the intimate details of your company. These pages will be edited the same way as the public site - click on the page to bring up the specifics.

Your private sites can have a different background than the public site.

3. Enabling/Disabling and Publish/Unpublish

You can decide which pages are able to be shared with investors and which are not by using the publish and enable features. For a detailed explanation of what these settings mean, click here.

4. Why is my page not 100%?

You may find that after you have edited your pages with all your information that you have, the bar under the page is showing less than 100%.

This does not mean you have to add more - you don't have to add any information if you don't want to. All this means is that not every single category on that page has been filled out. You can add information to this later, but it is not always necessary.

Example. We allow you to add up to 10 years of financial information on your financial page. If you only fill out 3 of those years, your financial page will not show as 100%. This does not mean you have to fill out seven more years of financials at this time.

Once you have added enough information, you can start to apply to investor groups using the search feature.
